HPLC analysis was conducted using a Thermo Scientific System with a Star Solvent Delivery System 230, Rheodyne 7125 injector, and Pro Star 330 UV-Photo Diode Array Detector. Separation occurred on a Zorbax ODS column (250 x 4.6 mm, 5 μm) at a flow rate of 0.9 mL/min, with a column temperature of 20 °C and injection volume of 20 μL. Detection was performed at 278 nm, with scanning from 278 to 360 nm. Extracts were filtered through a 0.45 μL Nylon Membrane filter before injection.
